Online bid management and plan distribution

Free up costly storage space and safeguard your documents by digitizing them.  The Mid-City Blue plan rooms allow you to manage your notifications and documents for maximum efficiency in a paperless environment.

Mid-City Blue understands that every customer has special requirements, so we customize our plan distribution system at no additional cost. We find that this common sense approach equals promptness, efficiency, and cost-savings.

Availability of sets
We coordinate our work closely with your schedule, pacing set production as needed. Additional sets are reproduced quickly by our high speed digital systems as you approve them. Bidders also have the option of having sets shipped to them, passing the additional cost of shipping on to the bidder.

Deposits vs. purchase
Mid-City Blue’s plan distribution service also offers the option of distributing sets while having the printing costs charged to the bidder.

Addenda
Mid-City Blue offers several options for handling distribution when addenda are required, including faxing, shipping, and physical pick-up by each bidder.

Bidders list
We continuously update the list of bidders for each project. Based on your approval, we will contact the list of bidders on a daily or as-needed basis.

Pick-up and delivery

Our delivery vehicles provide convenient and timely pick-up and delivery service throughout downtown and metro Milwaukee.  Mid-City Blue utilizes online UPS and FedEx services to ship and track packages and deliveries promptly and efficiently.
